The farm
On the slopes of the hills of Maiori, near the medieval fortress of San Nicola de Thoro-Plano, the Sole farm expresses the unconditional love the De Riso family has had for this land for generations.
The family grows, processes and sells the prized Costa d’Amalfi PGI lemons. Over the years it has bought about 10,000 square metres of land in many parts of the Amalfi Coast, giving the final consumer traceability and safety for an excellent product, and the genuineness of the plants and fruit.

The sfusato amalfitano
So called for its elongated shape, it has a medium-thick, pale yellow peel, an intense aroma and fragrance thanks to its essential oils and terpenes, and juicy, moderately acidic pulp with few seeds. Each fruit weighs at least 100 grams and it is among the varieties richest in ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
